Ingredients: 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour; 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa pwdr; 2 pkt Butter Buds; 1/8 tsp cinnamon; 1/2 tsp cream of tartar; 1/4 tsp baking soda; 2 jar baby food prune puree (2.5 ounce size); 1 jar unsweetened applesauce baby food (2.5 ounce size); 1 c. honey; 1 whl Egg beaters 99% egg substitute; 1 tsp vanilla

Ингредиенты

1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa pwdr
2 pkt Butter Buds
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 jar baby food prune puree (2.5 ounce size)
1 jar unsweetened applesauce baby food (2.5 ounce size)
1 c. honey
1 whl Egg beaters 99% egg substitute
1 tsp vanilla

Инструкции

Sift dry ingredients together.
Mix till blended but do not overmix. Pour into a 8 x 11 baking pan sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake at 325 for about 45 min or possibly till a toothpick comes out more or possibly less clean.
(My jar of cream of tartar says that1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar + 1/4 teaspoon baking soda = 1 teaspoon baking pwdr so you possibly could make this substitution if you cannot find cream of tartar. I haven't tried it though.)
