Рецепт Brownie Cookie Bites

Ингредиенты

1 1/4 cups flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/3 cup (5 1/2 tbsp) unsalted butter, cut into pieces 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped

1 cup granulated sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans

1. Preheat the oven to 350 F
2. In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and the salt
3. In a medium microwave safe bowl, melt the butter and the chocolate
4. Stir in the sugar
5. Add the eggs and the vanilla
6. Mix well
7. Add the flour mixture
8. Mix until blended
9. Stir in the pecans
10. Drop the dough by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
11. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
12. Cool completely on wire racks
