Ингредиенты

1 c. Crisco
2 lrg Large eggs
2 c. Brown sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
4 c. Flour
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Baking pwdr
2 c. Minced pecans

Инструкции

Cream crisco and sugar. Add in Large eggs, one at a time. Add in vanilla. Sift flour with soda and baking pwdr. Add in to creamed mix gradually. Add in pecans. Form into 1" x 16" rolls. Wrap in waxed paper. Chill. Slice 1/4" thick and bake at 375 degrees about 12 minutes.
Note: Dough may be frzn and used as needed for fresh cookies.
