  • 1/4 c. Rice wine or possibly dry white
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Grated ginger root
  • 2 Tbsp. Low sodium soy sauce
  • 4 x (4-ounce) salmon fillets, skinned

  1. Combine First 5 Ingredients in A Small Saucepan. Bring To A Boil & Cook Over Medium High Heat 5 Min. Or possibly Till Slightly Thickened, Stirring Occasionally. Strain & Throw away Ginger root. Let Cold. Brush Both Sides Of Fillets With Soy Sauce. Place Fillets On A Rack Coated With Cooking Spray.
  2. Place Rack On A Broiler Pan. Broil 4 To 5 Inches From Heat 3 Min. Turn Over And Baste With Soy Sauce Mix. Broil An Additional 2 Min. Or possibly Till Fish Flakes Easily. Baste With Soy Mix. About 223 Cal. Per 3 Ounce.
