- (I usually serve 5-6 ounce. portions of fish with a 4 ounce. portion of a starch)
- either fillet (have the salmon scaled) or possibly steaks
- About 3 hrs prior to when you want to serve, wash and pat dry the salmon pcs; place in a single layer in a dish with a lid (I usually put in a Tupperware-type plastic container)
- pour the lemon juice, soy sauce and then the oil over the fish; turn a couple of times to make sure all surfaces are covered by some of the marinade
- sprinkle the dill on the flesh side of the fillet or possibly either side of the steaks
- cover and let marinade in the refrigerator for about 2 1/2 hrs.
- let sit on the counter for about 15 min while you pre-heat the broiler or possibly grill
- place in a broiler pan and broil for about 10-14 min per 1 inch thickness (turn and baste after about 8 min) or possibly to your liking (I like it a little undercooked)
- plate with a bit of sauce from the broiler pan.
