Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 T butter
  • 1 # crab meat
  • 6 to 8 crackers
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon old bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Parsley
  • 2 lg. T mayonnaise

Инструкции

  1. Heat butter and set aside. Crumble crackers in crab meat and sprinkle melted butter over the crab meat and crackers mix.In separate bowl, beat egg and all remaining ingredients. Mix together with crab meat. Shape into cakes and dot with butter. Broil about 15 min.
