2 box frzn broccoli
2 box frzn spinach Or possibly use 4 boxes frzn broccoli and no spinach

1 pkt Lipton (or possibly other brand) onion soup mix, dry
16 ounce container lowfat sour cream cheddar cheese, shredded

Инструкции

Cook (I do this in the microwave) and drain vegetables according to package directions. Add in soup mix and lowfat sour cream (may want to mix these two together first) to cooked vegetables and put in a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle top with shredded cheddar cheese, as desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
