- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 pt. chicken broth
- 2 Packages frzn minced broccoli, cooked according to pkg. directions and liquid removed
- 8 ounce. grated American cheese (a little more is better)
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 sm. onion, minced
- 3 grated carrots
- Salt and pepper to taste
Инструкции
- Combine soups, broth, broccoli and cheese in slow cooker on low. Saute/fry onion and carrots in butter. Add in to ingredients in slow cooker and heat till cheese is melted. Don't overcook. The cheese will scorch. This soup can be made on the stove top, just be sure to stir often to prevent scorching.
