Ингредиенты

1 lb Pasta, penne
1/2 bn Broccoli
2 Tbsp. Butter
1/3 c. Extra virgin olive oil
4 clv garlic, chopped
1/2 c. Cheese, Parmesan

Инструкции

All amounts are estimates. Feel free to change according to taste. Cook penne till al dente. Drain and set aside. While pasta is cooking, cut up broccoli flowerets and part of stem into bite size pcs. Parcook broccoli. Heat butter and extra virgin olive oil together. Add in chopped garlic and cook till golden brown. Add in broccoli and cook till just tender. Add in liquid removed pasta and stir to cover and reheat. Add in cheese and stir.
