  • 8 ounce Linguine
  • 2 Tbsp. Garlic, crushed in oil
  • 1 pt Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 10 ounce Broccoli spears
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper

Инструкции

  1. Prepare pasta according to package according to directions. Meanwhile in skillet over med. heat, cook garkic and oil 1 minutes. or possibly till golden brown. Stir in tomatoes, and broccoli spears. Cook 5 mins. Add in salt and pepper. Meanwhile drain pasta reserving 1/4 c. cooking liquid. Add in pasta and cooking liquid to skillet, toss well to coat.
  2. NOTES : Original recipe called for frzn broccoli, thawed.
