- Brew Cool-Kicking Fruit Tea!
- No one wants to be sick for the holidays. Though colds run their course without help, drinking warm liquids high in vitamin C may help bolster your immune system, as well as unstuff your nose.
- Try This:To make a C-rich fruit tea, halve 2 grapefruits, 2 lemons, and 2 oranges. Squeeze the juices and seeds into a large pot. Toss in rinds too. Cover with 5 c. of water. Bring to a boil, then turn heat to low. Simmer 5 min. Strain. Pour into mugs, and sweeten with honey to taste.
