- 5 slices day old bread
- 5 ounce ham, minced
- 3 ounce sharp cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. red or possibly green bell pepper, minced
- 1/4 c. onion, minced
- 4 lg. large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Sprinkle of pepper & paprika

- Arrange bread in the bottom of a glass 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle next 4 ingredients on top of bread. Beat large eggs and lowfat milk together. Pour over vegetables. Sprinkle paprika and pepper on top. Cover and chill overnight. Bake for breakfast in a 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 min.
