Ингредиенты

  • 8 ounce Lowfat milk
  • 1 cube tofu (optional), (1 inch)
  • 1/4 c. Any flavor yogurt or possibly use plain yogurt and a fresh banana, strawberries, peaches or possibly whatever fruit you have

  1. Tofu makes it frothy and thick. Place all ingredients in blender. Blend for 1 minute or possibly till frothy. It's a great "breakfast-on-the-run". Try using 1/3 c. lowfat milk and 2/3 c. orange juice with plain yogurt. Or possibly substitute a raw egg for the yogurt. (Either supply you with the protein you need to start the day.) Add in a whole grain muffin (carbohydrates) to keep you going well past lunch time.
