Ингредиенты

  • 16 slices bread, crust removed
  • 8 slices ham
  • 8 sliced Old English cheese
  • Beaten Large eggs
  • 3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 3 c. crushed cornflakes

Инструкции

  1. Line pan with half of bread. Layer ham, cheese, and cover with beaten Large eggs. Mix lowfat milk, mustard, and salt; pour over bread. Chill overnight. Next morning, add in butter and corn flakes; bake 15 min at 350 degrees for 50 min at 300 degrees. Cut and serve.
