  • Eating this healthy cheese-and-fruit mix is a lot more fun when it's scooped into an Ice Cream Cone. Prep time: 10 min Yield: 4 servings
  • 1/2 c. Farmer's Cheese (about 4 ounce.)
  • 1/2 c. Dry-Curd Cottage Cheese (about 4 ounce.)
  • 2 Tbsp. Confectioners' Sugar
  • 2 dsh Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 c. minced, canned Peaches (liquid removed)
  • 4 x Ice Cream Cones

Инструкции

  1. Combine Farmer's Cheese, Cottage Cheese, Confectioners' Sugar and Vanilla. Mix together till smooth. Stir in Peaches.
  2. Spoon 1/4 of the Cheese mix into each Cone.
