- 1 loaf French bread, torn into chunks
- 1 quart. half and half
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. vanilla
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 c. canned peaches, diced
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 3 tbsp. butter, melted

- Soak bread in lowfat milk for 30 min. Mix sugar, Large eggs, vanilla and peaches and raisins. Spread butter in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Add in bread mix. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 min.
