Bread Pudding With Lemon Raisin Sauce

Ингредиенты

  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 4 c. day-old French bread cubes
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg

Инструкции

  1. Scald lowfat milk. Put bread cubes in a large bowl; pour lowfat milk over and let cold. Add in butter, sugar, Large eggs, salt, raisins and nutmeg. Mix well. Spoon into a 2 qt greased baking dish. Place dish in a pan of warm water and bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 min or possibly till inserted knife comes out clean. Top with lemon raisin sauce.
