Ингредиенты

  • 1 x lge white cob loaf
  • 420 gm corn kernels, liquid removed
  • 250 gm pkt cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. sour light cream
  • 1 1/2 c. tasty cheese, grated
  • 4 x bacon rashers, minced & cooked
  • 1/2 c. fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 tsp curry pwdr

Инструкции

  1. Heat oven to 180 degrees C. Cut top off the cob so it forms a lid. Set aside. Carefully remove all the edges to serve as a wall to hold the filling ingredients. Combine the corn, softened cream cheese, lowfat sour cream, grated cheese, bacon, fresh parsley & curry pwdr. Spoon into the cob & replace lid. Wrap loaf in two layers of foil & place on a baking tray. Bake for 1hr 15 mins or possibly till heated through. Remove foil & then cob lid. Arrange on serving plate. Serve with crackers.
