Ингредиенты

  • 1 can water chestnuts, minced
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable Soup
  • 1 loaf Italian bread
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. Miracle Whip
  • 1 pkg. frzn minced spinach

Инструкции

  1. Water chestnuts and Knorr Vegetable Soup found in Oriental Section of store.
  2. Cook spinach according to directions; drain and soak remaining water out with paper towel.
  3. Mix chestnuts, onion, soup, lowfat sour cream, Miracle Whip and spinach. Cut bread lengthways so there is a top and bottom. Cut the top into cubes. Take insides of the bottom out with a knife or possibly your fingers. Cut, or possibly break the insides into cubes. Fill the "boat" with mix. Spread on cubes. Delicious.
