  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 6 med. potatoes, minced
  • 1 pound can early peas, liquid removed
  • 1 pound can carrots, liquid removed
  • 1 c. onion, minced
  • 1 pound can liquid removed lima beans
  • 1 pound can whole kernel corn

  1. Cut 1 lb. stew beef into bite size pcs. Place in 6 to 8 qt kettle with 4 chicken breast. Cover with water. Simmer over low heat for 45 min. Add in 2 tsp. salt. Cover. Continue cooking till chicken comes off bones easily. Remove chicken. Remove skin and bones, cut into bite size pcs and return to kettle.
