- In a large pot heat the extra virgin olive oil over medium-high heat and saute/fry the onions till soft.
- Add in the cinnamon, cloves and cumin and cook for 30 seconds.
- Fold in the cabbage and saute/fry for 5 min, till wilted.
- Add in the cider, sugar and vinegar.
- Cover and braise over low heat till the cabbage is tender, about 20 min. Serve hot.
