Ингредиенты

  • 1 whl pork tenderloin, sliced into 8 pcs
  • 1/2 tsp grnd black pepper
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 sm onion, minced
  • 1 lrg apple, cored, coarsely minced
  • 1/2 c. apple cider

Инструкции

  1. Season medallions on both sides with pepper and pumpkin pie spice. Heat oil
  2. In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; brown pork on both sides, remove from pan and reserve. Add in onion and apples to skillet, saute/fry till soft.
  3. Add in apple cider to skillet, heat to a simmer. Return pork medallions to pan, cover and simmer for 5 min. Serve with warm rice or possibly couscous, if you like.
