Fresh Boysenberries; 1/3 c. Brown sugar; 1/4 c. Boysenberries; 1 1/2 ounce Oregon Boysenberry wheat beer; 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Ингредиенты

3 1/2 c. Flour
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
1 x Egg lightly beaten
12 ounce Oregon Boysenberry wheat beer
1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
3/4 c. Fresh Boysenberries
1/3 c. Brown sugar
1/4 c. Boysenberries
1 1/2 ounce Oregon Boysenberry wheat beer
1 tsp Vanilla extract

Инструкции

Whisk ingredients for the bread together till just combined. Pour into 9 by 5 by 3-inch loaf pan and bake 35 to 40 min at 350 degrees.
Mash together sauce ingredients with a spoon and strain 1/2 of the sauce.
Add in back into unstrained portion and drizzle over bread.
