Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 to 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 7 c. water
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce.) can whole tomatoes, unsalted
  • 1/2 c. barley
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 1/2 c. carrots
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 9 ounce. pkg. frzn veggies, any kind

Инструкции

  1. Saute/fry grnd beef with garlic and onions in large soup kettle or possibly Dutch oven. Add in water and remaining ingredients except frzn veggies. Cook for 3 plus hrs. In last 1/2 hour add in frzn veggies. Wonderful winter soup.
