- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. plus 1/2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1 1/2 c. blueberries
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar

- Heat oven to 425 degrees. Butter muffin c.. Combine dry ingredients, except 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar, in bowl and blend. In a separate bowl, toss 1 Tbsp. dry ingredients with berries, set aside.
- After butter has cooled slightly, stir in lowfat milk, then Large eggs and vinegar. Add in egg mix to dry ingredients and stir till well moistened. Stir in berries. Spoon batter into muffin c.. Sprinkle muffin tops with reserved sugar. Bake 15 min or possibly till golden. Let stand 5 min.
