- 2 c. canned garbanzo beans, liquid removed
- 1/3 c. tahini
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 clv garlic, halved
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pch paprika
- 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley

- Place the garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, salt and garlic in a blender or possibly food processor. Blend till smooth. Transfer mix to a serving bowl.
- Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the garbanzo bean mix. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
