- Grease bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Prepare cake mix as directed on package; pour batter proportionately into springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees 20 min. 1/2 c. sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 Large eggs 1/3 c. lowfat sour cream
- Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer till well blended. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in lowfat sour cream; pour over cake layer. Bake at 350 degrees, 35 min. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cold before removing rim of pan. 2 - 1 ounce. squares of unsweetened chocolate 3 tbsp. butter 1 c. powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Bring water to a boil; remove from heat. Heat chocolate with butter over low heat, stirring till smooth. Remove from heat. Add in water and remaining ingredients; mix well. Spread over cheesecake. Refrigerateseveral hrs. Garnish with strawberries, if you like.
