Filo crust for triangles or possibly thin-pie crust
1 onion, minced
3 mushrooms, minced

1 mint leaf, minced
1 pound lean grnd meat, any kind, lamb is Turkish

Инструкции

Precook all together. Lightly thicken a little bouillon and fold in. Place a bit on each small triangle of dough. Seal and bake at 400 degrees till brown.
