Ингредиенты

3 1/4 c. Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking soda
1 c. Shortening
1 1/2 c. Sugar
3 x Large eggs beaten
1 1/2 c. Mincemeat from jar

Инструкции

Combine flour salt and soda. Cream shortening, adding sugar gradually and cream till fluffy. Add in Large eggs and beat till smooth. Stir in mincemeat.
Gradually add in flour mix, mixing well. Drop by teaspoonsful about 2" apart on greased baking sheat. Bake in warm oven about 400 degrees 12 mins.
Makes 48 cookies.
**These resemble a raisin cookie in flavor. If using homemade mincemeat, add in some sugar-I recommend the jar mince instead for a fruity taste.
