Ингредиенты
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1 sm can Tomato paste
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 med Onion
- 2 clv garlic
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 5 x or possibly 6 Basil leaves, fresh
Инструкции
- In a heavy sauce pan, saute/fry the onion and garlic, add in the grnd beef and saute/fry till opaque. Add in the crushed tomatoes and the tomato paste.
- Add in the sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper and adjust to taste.
- You can also use some red pepper flakes, for a spicier sauce.
- Let simmer on low for several hrs, stirring often. Or possibly you can cook the sauce covered with plastic wrap, in the micro wave for 15 min. Stir. Cook for 15 min longer.
- Just before serving slice the basil and add in. Serve over spaghetti with plenty of grated parmesan cheese.
