- 1 x green pepper, minced
- 1 x onion, minced
- 1 c. celery, finely minced
- 1 c. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard Salt and pepper to taste

- Heat sauce ingredients to boiling. Brown grnd beef and drain; mix with sauce. Serve warm on hamburger buns.
