Blueberry Pie Crunch

This is just delicious. You can make it as a pie or you can scoop ingredients into glass snifters and layers for a beautiful dessert at a formal dinner.

  • Crust:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • Filling:
  • 3 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped (or red label cool whip)
  • Topping:
  • Canned fruit of any kind or fresh fruit of any kind

  1. Crust:
  2. Mix ingredients in a bowl and pat down in 9" pie pan.Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until light brown. Cool.
  3. Filling:
  4. Mix together filling ingredients and spread o top of crust.
  5. Topping:
  6. Canned fruit of any kind or fresh fruit of any kind -add to top and dollop with whipped cream (red label cool whip is best)
