Ingredients: 1 c. water plus; 1 Tbsp. water; 1 1/2 tsp lemon peel grated; 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine softened; 3 c. bread flour Gold Medal Better for Bread Flour; 2 Tbsp. dry lowfat milk; 3 Tbsp. sugar; 1 1/2 tsp salt; 2 tsp active dry yeast Fleischmann's Bread Machine Yeast; 1/3 c. dry blueberries or possibly currants

Инструкции

Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
Select Sweet or possibly Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or possibly Light crust setting.
Push start.
Use of a delay timer is okay.
Makes a 1 1/2 lb loaf.
