- Preheat oven to 350 F.Cream together butter and sugar till pale yellow and creamy. Add in egg and vanilla and beat in.
- Sift together flour, baking pwdr and salt. Add in alternately with lowfat milk till incorporated. Scrape batter into cake pan and spread proportionately.
- Cream Cheese Filling:Beat cream cheese till very smooth. Gradually add in sugar, scraping the sides of the mixing bowl well. Add in vanilla and blend. Add in egg and mix well.
- Spoon cream cheese filling over cake batter. Top with blueberries.
- Streusel:In small bowl blend sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter with your fingers till crumbly and no large bits of butter are visible.
- Sprinkle streusel on top of berries and bake for 50-60 min.
- To Assemble:Cold completely before slicing.
