- Preheat oven to 400F, prepare pans. Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking pwdr, soda & salt. Beat Large eggs with lowfat sour cream till blended, beat in oil.
- Add in dry mix to wet mix till just combined adding blueberries with the last few stirs. Spoon batter into pans & bake for 18-20 mins or possibly till lightly browned.
- Makes 12. 189 calories per muffin.
