- 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 3/4 c. quick-cooking oats
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. mashed ripe bananas
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. fresh or possibly frzn blueberries, rinsed & liquid removed

- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3 inches. Mix all ingredients except blueberries in large bowl till moistened. Beat vigorously 30 seconds. Mix in blueberries, pour into pan. Bake till wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 45 to 55 min. Cold 10 min. Run knife or possibly metal spatula around sides of loaf to loosen. Remove from pan. Cold loaf completely. Chill remaining loaf.
