Blueberries In Maple Cream

Ингредиенты

3 c. fresh blueberries, rinsed and liquid removed
1/2 c. pure maple syrup

1 c. whipping cream
Mint sprigs for garnish

Инструкции

Put blueberries into large bowl. Stir in maple syrup. Chill, covered, at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Just before serving, whip cream just till very soft peaks form (chantilly stage).
Stir blueberry mix well. Gently fold cream into blueberry mix. Serve in stemmed glasses, garnished with mint sprigs. Serves 6-8.
