- 1 1/2 c. butter
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 4 T cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 T vanilla
- 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 4 T shortening
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Инструкции
- Cream butter and sugar. Add in large eggs and beat well. Sift dry ingredients 3 times and add in alternately with lowfat milk and vanilla. Pour into greased and lightly floured 10" tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 80 min.
- Grate chocolate. Put together all ingredients except vanilla. Bring to a boil and cook 2 min. Remove from heat; cool; then beat. Add in vanilla and spread over lb cake. You can add in minced nuts if desired.
