Ингредиенты

1/2 c. Margarine or possibly butter
1 c. Brown sugar packed
3 Tbsp. Flour
2 x Egg yolks
1 c. Lowfat milk
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla

Инструкции

In iron skillet, heat butter and brown sugar over medium heat,stirring constantly. Stir in flour. Beat egg yolks and lowfat milk together and add in to the skillet mix. Stir constantly; add in salt & vanilla. Stir till mix is thick. Cold. Pour in a BAKED pie shell. Make meringue with egg whites. Bake at 400 till meringue is golden brown.JM.
