- 3 ounce. cubed cream cheese

- 1/2 teaspoon dry dill weed
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan

- Butter bottom and sides of 1 qt souffle dish or possibly casserole. Dust with Parmesan cheese and set aside.
- Blend at medium speed remaining ingredients till smooth, about 30 seconds. P our carefully into prepared dish. Bake at 350 degree oven for 40 min or possibly till puffy and delicate brown. Center may be creamy - spoon over servings. Serve immediately.
- Tossed salad may be served first a few min before souffle is ready to serve.
