Ингредиенты

1 c. lowfat milk 3 Large eggs 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 2 tbsp. butter

1 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed 1/2 c. green pepper, diced 1 sm. onion, quartered 4 med. uncooked potatoes, peeled & cubed

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender container in order listed. Cover and blend on high speed till potatoes go through the blades. Do not over blend. Pour the mix into a greased 1 1/2 qt casserole dish and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 min to 1 hour. 8 to 10 servings.
