- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- Put all ingredients in blender, mixing on low speed for 2 min. Pour into a greased and floured 9 inch deep pie pan. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min.
