- Spray a large skillet with the cooking spray and saute/fry the onion, Canadian bacon, and garlic for 5 min.
- Stir in the cumin, pepper, peas, and tomatos and bring mix to a boil.
- Remove from heat, add in remaining ingredients, and refrigeratefor 1 to 8 hrs before serving.
- NOTES : Best served at room temperature. Serve with Italian bread or possibly tortilla chips. Serving size listed in magazine is 1/4 c.
