Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp grnd red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1/8 tsp onion pwdr
  • 1/8 tsp grnd cumin
  • 16 ounce skinless boneless chicken breast 4 - 4 oz breasts
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 c. onion vertically sliced
  • 2 x pita bread rounds cut in half
  • 2 c. shredded lettuce
  • 1 sm tomato sliced

Инструкции

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl; rub over chicken. Place a skillet over high heat till warm; add in 1 Tbsp. butter and quickly tilt in all directions so butter covers bottom. Add in chicken; cook 2 min on each side or possibly till blackened and charred. Remove chicken.
  2. Heat remaining butter in a skillet over medium-high heat; add in onion and saute/fry 1 minute. Reduce heat to medium, and cook 5 min or possibly till tender, stirring occasionally. Line each pita half with 1/2 c. lettuce.
  3. Arrange 1 piece chicken and 2 tomato slices over lettuce; top with onion mix.
