- Thaw frzn berries; press through sieve. Mix cornstarch and sugar with 1 Tablespoons cool water; add in 1 C Blackberry juice. Cook, stirring constantly, till sauce is smooth and thickened. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes longer.
- Chill.
- Makes 1 C sauce.
- You can use this over the top of a cake, ice cream, pancakes or possibly waffles.
