Ингредиенты

  • 10 ounce Blackberries, Frzn
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Cool Water

Инструкции

  1. Thaw frzn berries; press through sieve. Mix cornstarch and sugar with 1 Tablespoons cool water; add in 1 C Blackberry juice. Cook, stirring constantly, till sauce is smooth and thickened. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes longer.
  2. Chill.
  3. Makes 1 C sauce.
  4. You can use this over the top of a cake, ice cream, pancakes or possibly waffles.
