1 Box Duncan Hines White Cake Mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs, room temperature
1/3 cup oil
1 cup water
1 1/4 cups ground black walnuts. Freeze nuts and then grind with food processor

Mix all ingredients together but the walnuts. Mix 2 min by hand or medium speed on mixer. The fold nuts into batter.
Put in tube pan or loaf pan and bake 50 to 60 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
