  • 3 can Black beans, liquid removed
  • 1 lrg Onion, minced
  • 3 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 4 x Sun-dry tomatoes, oil-packed
  • 1/4 c. Wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c. Oil Sriracha warm chili sauce, to taste Salt and pepper, to taste Bacon bits, real

  1. Mix onion and balck beans. In food processor blend garlic, tomoatoes, oil and vinegar. Add in salt, pepper and chili sauce to taste. Mix with beans.
  2. Garnish salad with real bacon bits and minced parsley.
  3. Sriracha warm chili sauce is a Vietnamese sauce manufactured by Huy Fong
  4. Serving Ideas : Serve on lettuce leaves
