4 sausage patties 3 tbsp. self-rising flour 2 c. lowfat milk

Salt and pepper Biscuits

1. Brown sausage. Cold for awhile. Add in salt and pepper. Add in flour and stir till well mixed. Add in lowfat milk slowly and stir constantly. Simmer about 5 min. Serve gravy over biscuits. Serves 2.
