Biscuit Topped Deep Dish Ham Bake

  • 1 x Minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 c. Cooked, diced ham
  • 1 c. Cooked diced carrots
  • 1/2 c. Cooked peas
  • 1/2 tsp Dry thyme

Инструкции

  1. In skillet, cook onion in butter till softened. Stir in flour and cook 1 minutes. Gradually stir in lowfat milk; cook, stirring till thickened.
  2. Remove from heat; stir in ham, carrots, peas and thyme. Transfer to deep pie plate or possibly shallow casserole. Mix 12 tea biscuits from your favourite mix and arrange on top. Bake in 450F (230C) oven for 10 - 12 minutes. or possibly till biscuits are golden.
