Ингредиенты

  • 1 (32 ounce) can V-8 juice
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 green peppers, minced
  • 1 (6 ounce) can pimento
  • 3 lg. ripe tomatoes, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 ounce extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 T lime juice
  • 2 lg. onions, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Инструкции

  1. Mix oil, lime juice, salt and pepper, using an electric blender. Mix all ingredients till coarsely grnd. Place soup in refrigerator at least 2 hrs. Serve cold. Serves 8. Enjoy on 80 degree day!
